Glucose solution + Benedict's solution, then heated in the water bath

2. To test presence of protien
Albumen solution (protein) + Millon's reagent, then heated in the water bath

Albumen + Millon's reagent before being heated

Mixture of Glucose+ Benedict's and albumen+Millon's are heated

Brick red precipitate is formed- glucose is presence

A dark red precipitate is formed - Protien is presence
